Ingredients:
Marinate Ribs:
- Garlic powder
- Salt & Pepper
- Onion powder
- Paprika or Chilli powder
- Cumin powder
Sauce:
- Barbecue sauce
- Worcestershire sauce
- Chopped garlic
- Olive oil
- Thyme
- Salt & Pepper
Steps:
- Defrost the pork ribs nicely at the refrigerator and take the ribs out.
- Cut & peel of. the membrane at the underside of the ribs.
- Nicely rub & marinate the ribs on both sides with the mixture of the powders for about 1-2 hours
- Preheat oven to 180°C, over the ribs with foils.
- Put the ribs into oven and bake for 2 hours.
- While waiting, mix the sauce ingredients.
- Remove the ribs from oven after 2 hours and remove foil and apply the sauce on the top of the ribs.
- Return the ribs into oven and turn the oven to 240°C to bake for 12 minutes.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Ready to serve after resting ;)
