Orders
What types of payment do you receive?
We accept Master Card, Visa, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayMe & FPS.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
No, once an order has been placed we are unable to alter or cancel the order. Our team starts portion & processing orders immediately after orders are placed to ensure they arrive as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you!
Deliveries
What are the delivery charges?
Free shipping for meat orders over $700. Below $700 will be a delivery surcharge of $100. Charcoal orders will be $100-200 depending on location, please check with our CS team before placing charcoal orders.
When do you deliver?
Arrive at your door on Mondays to Fridays from 9am to 9 pm across Hong Kong.
How do you deliver?
We use Cold Chain delivery door-to-door service, refrigerated trucks, or insulation tools are used to provide frozen temperatures to ensure products safety during the delivery to your door.
Where do you deliver?
Please refer to Refrigerated Delivery Service Coverage (English) (Chinese). If you live out of their coverage area, please contact us for an alternative delivery service.
No one home?
Our driver will contact you by phone before arrival. If you are unreachable, the delivery will be left at your front door or with your reception. We will send you a message with a photo (if possible) as soon as it is been delivered, please notice that we take no responsibility for goods after they have been delivered.
